Julee Granger grew up a farmer's
daughter in Iowa, where she started telling and writing stories. She practiced
presenting to the farm animals at every opportunity. Now, Julee is an
experienced teacher and presenter, having taught elementary grades for more than
three decades. She was a teacher trainer for Shawnee Mission Public Schools and
also a presenter and teacher trainer for a major school book publishing company.
Julee was involved in every stage of the editing and
publication of her book "Edith Ellen Eddy", an opportunity few authors
have, and is delighted to share her experiences with groups.
Julee has presented at adult organizational meetings,
children's writing workshops school family nights, literary festivals,
libraries, book stores, and many times in class rooms from Kindergarten to sixth
grade.
Julee loves sharing her love for writing and passing on her
"author's bag of tricks" to both children and adults.

Edith Ellen Eddy is a rhyming book. It offers a gentle message for both children and adults. Happiness is not always what
we think it should be. It is knowing what touches our hearts and loving who
we are.
From the Publisher: Edith likes to climb trees, collect spiders, finger
paint anywhere and play in the dirt, much to the exasperation of her parents.
Editorial Review
The International Reading Association has awarded Edith Ellen
Eddy the 2006 Teacher's Choice Award for primary school books . . . TJ Greene, Publisher, Greene Bark Press Inc.,
