Julee Ann Granger was born and raised on a farm in rural central Iowa. There was nothing she liked more than exploring the woods, ponds and creeks on her parents' farm. Very much like the central character in her book, she played with and befriended a myriad of farm animals during these growing-up years in Iowa. With that background, rich in those experiences, Julee brings to the world of children's literature a fresh and engaging story based on those happy growing up times.
As a professional presenter, she interacts and inspires during her sessions for: libraries, classrooms, assemblies, book fairs, literary festivals, Educator Conferences and teacher in-service workshops. Julee Granger delights in working with all ages.
A career teacher and presenter, she will tailor her presentations to fit your needs. She loves t interact with rhyme, visuals and humorous examples of her own attempts, failures, and victories.
She would love to join you for an adventure that is creative, insightful, exciting, and delightful.

Edith Ellen Eddy likes to climb trees, collect spiders, finger paint anywhere and play in the dirt, much to the exasperation of her parents.
This vividly painted story of a young girl experiencing the excitement of exploration of her world cautions us as parents about exerting our influences on our children's behavior with all good intentions but perhaps with results we did not intend. Edith Ellen Eddy gives us a mirror as child or parent for introspection, solicits a tear of personal recognition and individual understanding. It presents the joy of overcoming society's ready-made box for us and provides an opportunity for mutual understanding of ourselves and those we mentor.
The International Reading Association has awarded Edith Ellen Eddy the 2006 Teacher's Choice Award for primary school books...
